Who can be a PocketPro user?

On the PocketPro platform, users can be persons or companies who want to offer their services or who want to order services.

How do I know if these are “real” Taskers or Customers?

All users need to authenticate themselves to use the PocketPro platform.

How can I change my phone number or email address?

Select “Account and profile information” from the user menu, then select “Edit”. Changing the phone number will re-authenticate the account.

On which devices can the PocketPro platform be used?

The PocketPro profile can be used on all devices using the website www.pocketpro.ee.

How can I change my password?

Select “Account and profile information” from the user menu, then select “Change password”.

Can I use the same email address to create multiple accounts?

You can create only one account with one email address.

How much does it cost to use the PocketPro platform?

PocketPro is currently free for all users.

Is my account searchable on the PocketPro platform?

It is not possible to search for a specific Tasker’s or Customer’s profile on the platform.
